How to cool down your laptop if CPU temperature is exceeding beyond limit

1. First of all download core temp software to monitor temperature of CPU 
2. After downloading core temp here is the image of how to understand it

 

 

How to know If CPU temperature exceeding beyond limit  IF the temperature of core 0,1 or 3 will exceed beyond the indicated temperature in TJ MAX for example here the limit is 85 degree

•  click on adjust brightness 
  
    
  
  
  
  
  
   
  
  • click on change plan settings
  
  
  
  
  
  •  click on change advanced power settings

• select processor power management then select maximum processor state  and set the percentage to 75%

DOING THIS YOU ARE ONLY GIVING LESS WATT TO PROCESSOR BUT IT WILL WORK FINE BUT A BIT SLOW
